Job Summary

Leading a team of product owners and engineers, the full-time remote Manager, Product Management will drive product lifecycle activities, manage cross-functional communications, and leverage AI tools to enhance product delivery and innovation aligned with the company's strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead a team of engineers, product owners, and designers throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain real-time tracking of concept attainment across multiple scrum teams
• Facilitate cross-functional communications to ensure alignment on product management and delivery goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience leading Product Owners and managing internationally dispersed teams
• Fluency in JIRA and Aha! for product management
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve product management workflows
• Experience delivering technology products/services in a fast-paced, agile environment
