Product Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and delivery in a remote setting, the full-time Manager of Product Management will manage client relationships, guide product team members, and ensure alignment with program objectives while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction for the product team and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and program leadership
• Monitor and report on program and product delivery progress, identifying obstacles and areas requiring leadership attention
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development for product team members while managing performance and team operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 3+ years of experience leading or directing work across cross-functional teams
• 2+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, or developing team members
• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy or product management within complex programs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
