Product Management Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of banking products, the full-time salaried Product Management Manager will formulate product, pricing, and sales strategies based on profitability and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with bank priorities
- Analyze product performance to recommend enhancements and lead efforts for product changes
- Coordinate with operations and digital teams to provide training on products and services
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 4 years of relevant industry experience in financial services or related fields
- 2 years of product management or financial analysis experience
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and presenting to leadership
- Knowledge of banking industry laws and compliance requirements
