Product Management Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industry Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, prioritize features, and lead design and development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and adoption
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps and monitor product backlogs for timely realization

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in a software/product development organization
• Preferred MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Systems, or any relevant graduation (BE, B. Tech, BCA, etc.)
• Experience in financial management including estimating, budgeting, and risk assessment
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and interfacing with customers/internal stakeholders
• Experience in banking operations, user experience, or digital currencies is a plus
