Product Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the management of the product portfolio, the full-time remote Product Management Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for workflows, execute service level agreements, and deliver analysis to enhance product performance and facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support SLAs with internal partners, providing product insights and facilitating understanding of product performance
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure effective market response decisions and manage product transitions post-implementation
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships while leading initiatives that support retention, enrollment, and forecasting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design or management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, including relevant federal and state laws
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and their implications for business strategy
