Product Management Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Management Adjunct Faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a structured Product Management curriculum aligned with government digital transformation needs
• Lead monthly virtual training sessions and facilitate in-person workshops in Togo
• Collaborate with the Leadership Faculty to ensure alignment of product management concepts with leadership development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in civic tech, digital government, or public sector innovation
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring product teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus
