Product Management Vice President

Job Summary

Representing the interests of stakeholders and users, the full-time remote Product Management Vice President will ensure alignment of product decisions with organizational strategy, manage the backlog, and communicate the strategic vision to delivery teams while advocating for customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with the organization's strategy and communicate outcomes to teams
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories while maintaining a ready backlog
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems and validate prioritization of work according to strategic direction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role or equivalent
• Experience with solution design and full stack development techniques, focusing on end-user usability and UX design
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data engineering and managing logical data models
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management techniques
