Product Management VP

Job Summary

Leading a focused product team, the full-time salaried VP of Product Management will define and drive the product vision and strategy for Voyantic, focusing on emerging cloud solutions and maintaining leadership in the RAIN RFID and NFC test and measurement market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall product vision and strategy, balancing growth, market share, and profitability
• Build and lead the development of Voyantic's cloud offerings, collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and finance
• Drive product-market fit by synthesizing customer insights into clear product direction and enabling solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management for technically complex products, including hardware and software
• Proven experience in building or leading cloud, SaaS, or platform products that integrate hardware with cloud services
• Strong understanding of industrial production and manufacturing processes related to quality and yield
• Customer- and market-driven approach with the ability to form a clear product thesis
• Ability to build trusted partnerships in a multicultural setting with excellent communication skills
