Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to prioritize tasks and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Healthcare or related field
  • Proven experience as a product owner in software development, ideally in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Ability to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies
  • Leadership abilities to make difficult decisions, drive consensus, and inspire teams
