Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to guide and develop generative AI solutions for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and develop software related to generative AI and machine learning
• Lead a team through structured work and establish shared ownership of outcomes
• Coordinate product launches across various teams, managing schedules and risks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager or in a related role
• Experience with AI and ML solutions is strongly desired
• BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, science, math, or a related field; MS or MBA preferred
• Demonstrated experience in leading agile teams and delivering working software
• Ability to function in a matrix organization and manage ambiguity effectively
