Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager who will develop product vision and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize market growth opportunities in collaboration with Commercial teams
• Translate market insights into product proposals that deliver measurable business value
• Produce high-level requirements and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5 years of product management experience, preferably in technology-enabled health plan markets
• 3 years of experience in the large group insurance and/or self-funded market
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in launching and enhancing customer-centric digital products
