Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a mission-driven Product Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the development of internal tools for a medical device, ensuring operational excellence and enhancing the patient experience through effective product execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the definition and documentation of internal support processes, including task tracking workflows and CRM system requirements
• Analyze back-end workflows to improve the end-to-end patient journey and ensure clear patient-facing touchpoints
• Drive execution of product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, aligning with patient experience goals

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management role
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience using Jira for task management
• Experience with consumer-facing products in a regulated environment, preferably healthcare or medical devices
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Experience with CRM and customer support programs is highly preferred
