Product Manager 2

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end product delivery, the full-time remote Product Manager 2 will manage the product roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration, and translate customer insights into actionable requirements for technology solutions that enhance care delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with member and business needs
• Drive cross-functional delivery by collaborating with engineering, data science, analytics, design, and operations teams
• Define success criteria and partner with analytics to track KPIs, using data to inform product decisions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience working with high-risk patient populations or within value-based care models
• Proficiency in analyzing metrics and user behavior to guide product decisions
• Understanding of software development processes, APIs, and system architecture
