Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide formal supervision to employees, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate recruiting and hiring
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Define product requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and provide regular updates to collaborators

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of proven experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and development preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
