Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead product planning for travel and customer support solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to prioritize the solution roadmap and translate high-level requirements into workable epics
• Guide Business Analysts and UX designers in developing detailed user stories from epics
• Integrate customer feedback into the product roadmap and drive continuous improvement of the solution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business travel
• Competency with Microsoft Office products and collaborative software
• Excellent time-management and project-management skills
• TMC experience in Operations, Implementations, or Product Management related to a travel booking system is a plus
• Knowledge of the European rail market is preferred
