Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager to oversee contracts and billing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in contracts and billing products and manage product support requests
- Create product documentation and engage with customers for technical support and project opportunities
- Write product requirements, manage project processes, and communicate project impacts to other teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience with accounting or accounting software is preferred
- Proven ability to lead projects from ideation to post-launch
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams
- Ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
