Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to help scale its product function in a fast-growing health tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and adjust priorities to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align product build and design with client objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, recommending and driving improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably within healthcare software
• Proven track record of managing complex client implementations and delivering customized solutions
• Strong technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineering teams and contribute to solution design
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
