Key Responsibilities

Identify, validate, and prioritize Workday platform opportunities and features
Support the Workday Platform engineering team in Agile ceremonies
Gather requirements and define criteria for prioritized initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
At least 3 years of product management or related experience
2+ years of experience working on core product platforms
1+ year of experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials
1+ year of experience with Kainos Platform
