Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator for VNDLY, configuring enhancements, troubleshooting workflows, and monitoring system performance
• Audit data in VNDLY and Workday to ensure alignment of contingent workforce data
• Develop reporting requests in VNDLY and lead user acceptance testing while supporting internal change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience with contingent workforce tooling (VNDLY, Beeline, or Fieldglass) and Workday HCM administration
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting features within contingent workforce tools
• Strong knowledge of contingent workforce programs, contracts, and policies
• Experience managing security group permissions and creating custom reports for stakeholders
• Understanding of SOX controls and change management processes
