Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of a VoIP solution for auto repair shops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the end-to-end development of the VoIP product from discovery to launch
• Identify and collaborate with infrastructure and hardware partners for the product
• Conduct customer research to understand communication workflows and pain points

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SaaS Product Management experience, preferably with telecom/VoIP exposure
• Proven success in shipping 0-to-1 products in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking and a customer-first mindset
• Passion for building user-friendly tools and a bias toward action
