Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Research and define customer problems through various feedback channels
Collaborate with engineering to evaluate and propose solutions for product improvements
Clarify feature design and implementation cycles with problem statements and product requirements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the DevOps/Platform Engineering space
2+ years of experience in software writing and design, including basic UI/UX design
Experience in startup environments
Self-motivated with a creative and analytical mindset
Strong work ethic and emotional intelligence (EQ)
