Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Product Strategy to oversee the product development lifecycle and strategy execution for software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to establish a clear product vision and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and customer requirements
• Lead Scrum Teams through the product development process, ensuring project milestones are met and managing the sprint backlog

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Experience with product management functions, including requirements writing in Jira or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in prototyping and iterative development, with a strong understanding of Agile principles
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
• Direct experience in healthcare or workflow process technology is a plus
