Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to support the mission of empowering Lower Mid-Market businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director and stakeholders in shaping product strategy and decision-making
• Own ideation, research, and development of capabilities to drive usage and revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly products

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in Fintech or SaaS
• Experience focusing on Small or Medium Businesses
• Ability to empathize with customer needs and develop customer-centric products
• Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha, JIRA, or Confluence
