Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to drive customer and business goals through collaboration with a product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute product strategy, maintaining the roadmap and backlog
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead business reviews to prioritize team efforts
• Define customer success metrics and ensure alignment with product vision and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8 years of IT experience with a focus on project implementation and development life cycles
• 3 years of experience leading global technology teams with direct report responsibility
• Experience managing operational and financial budgets, including third-party vendor management
• Preferred experience in IT management within the retail industry and agile software development
