Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to collaborate with a product team and drive customer and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute product strategy while maintaining the roadmap and backlog
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer success metrics
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality product delivery and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• 8 years of IT experience with 3 years leading global technology teams
• Experience managing operational and financial budgets, including third-party vendors
• Experience in IT Management, preferably in the retail industry
• 4 years of experience in software development within an agile environment preferred
