Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs within the product delivery team
• Lead delivery teams and facilitate collaboration with external stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog and manage the product roadmap, aligning goals with development teams

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience managing delivery activities for custom enterprise software products in an Agile environment
• Proven accountability for an enterprise software product vertical, including vision, strategy, and performance metrics
• Experience leading software development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/training experience
• Knowledge of heavily regulated industries (e.g., government, energy, healthcare) is required
