Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to shape and grow fund accounting software for nonprofits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a product vision aligned with customer needs and business goals
• Lead user research to understand customer workflows and create prioritized product requirements
• Guide Agile ceremonies and oversee the development and launch of new features and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of accounting best practices
• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or online accounting
• Proven track record of leading product lifecycles from research to delivery
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Technical aptitude to analyze and simplify complex systems and workflows
