Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of a next-generation utilization management solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, managing execution of features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and track performance for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• 3+ years of experience in product management and 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare technology
• Proven track record of launching B2B or enterprise products from concept to commercialization
• Strong understanding of utilization management workflows and clinical decision-making
• MBA or equivalent business strategy experience is preferred
