Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager II to lead product innovation and enhance customer experience in energy management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for optimizing support and experience for business customers
• Collaborate with engineering and design to shape strategy, prioritize problems, and launch MVPs for validation
• Drive user research and continuously enhance user experience based on customer needs and metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading product teams in identifying pain points and market opportunities
• Experience building enterprise software (B2B and/or B2B2C)
• Ability to facilitate and articulate technical design concepts and APIs
• A user-first mindset with a focus on simple, elegant solutions
• Experience leading multi-team efforts around shared business goals
