Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about using AI to solve real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview customers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for streamlining their experience
• Set up and maintain software/product processes that reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency
• Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools

Required Qualifications

• Solid product management and project management experience
• Familiarity with product management methodologies and market research approaches
• Experience with AI tools, especially Claude
• Comfortable with the technical constraints and possibilities of AI systems
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
