Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of their product development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and preparing tickets for sprints
• Run core product rituals such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficiency and focus on outcomes
• Track and report key delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in SaaS or platform environments
• Strong experience with Agile delivery and backlog management
• Ability to work closely with engineering and understand technical concepts
• Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data for product improvement
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
