Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager responsible for documenting requirements for system enhancements, new features, or bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to define and document requirements for system enhancements, new features, or bug fixes
Act as a liaison between development and business teams to resolve blocked or on-hold tasks
Perform End User Testing of system enhancements, new features, or bug fixes as needed

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst within software development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience customizing or building CRM systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software
