Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product who will lead a product team responsible for complex products while managing both product strategy and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the long-term product roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Lead collaboration efforts to prioritize product releases and ensure alignment with business outcomes
• Engage with customers to identify needs and translate them into actionable product hypotheses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product owner
• Expertise in Agile Product Management and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of software development processes and iterative development fundamentals
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing conflicting priorities
