Job Summary

A company is looking for an EA-Product Manager to deliver market-leading functionality and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership and stakeholders to define and prioritize a product roadmap
• Identify and negotiate minimum viable product solutions for maximum customer value
• Advocate for customer needs and translate them into effective user stories and detailed requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in software product management within an Agile environment
• Familiarity with political and electoral fundraising, compliance, and engagement software
• Able to balance business and customer objectives effectively
• Expertise in donor and other systems of record related to fundraising and engagement
• Experience working with political technology or campaign finance solutions is preferred
