Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while managing backlog and iteration planning
• Coordinate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate user needs into technical backlog items and oversee product release plans
• Research market trends and user needs to ensure product alignment with strategy and lead Scrum meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years' experience in a product owner or analyst role preferred
• CSPO or similar certification preferred
• Experience in Human Capital, IT, or startup environments preferred
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365 architecture
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
