Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Agent experience, developing a low-code workspace for internal teams and a customer-facing platform for operations leaders
• Drive platform reliability and developer velocity, focusing on documentation, runtime, router, and orchestration layers
• Ensure agents deliver accurate answers by managing RAG pipelines, data connectors, and knowledge infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through product development
• Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps for complex technical platforms
• Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise-scale reliability and performance
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure products is preferred
