Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback for product development
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritize features for development sprints
• Validate product delivery and manage effective communication for product releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5+ years in the software development lifecycle, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Strong analytical and creative skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Sheets and Excel
