Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their team in scaling a next-generation EHR and Practice Management platform for behavioral health providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex product initiatives across EHR and PM domains
• Conduct market and user research to validate opportunities and sharpen product direction
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and senior leadership to define and prioritize the roadmap

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology
• Demonstrated experience shipping and scaling production-grade software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive decisions from data
• Technically adept with experience working closely with engineering teams
• Previous experience in the behavioral or mental health vertical is a significant plus
