Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve an AI-powered warranty lifecycle product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FileSmart and Pay Plans
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback synthesis
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product leadership role within B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations
• Proven experience owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery across complex products or platforms
• Hands-on experience leading customer discovery and usability testing
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritization and product decisions
• Comfort partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support teams
