Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve its customer engagement and marketing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the customer engagement platform
• Lead ongoing product discovery to understand customer workflows and pain points
• Translate insights into product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing Management experience in a SaaS organization
• Proven success in owning product vision and delivery across the full product lifecycle
• Experience with B2C customer engagement platforms and marketing automation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Pragmatic Institute Product Manager Certification preferred
