Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to oversee B2B product efforts and drive growth for its existing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap to support scale and growth
• Collaborate with the General Manager during sales cycles and customer interactions
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement product improvements and ensure compliance with fintech requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B employer benefits
• Experience in fintech and familiarity with financial products or regulated environments
• Proven ownership of a product roadmap for a live product with active customers
• Experience in supporting sales or go-to-market efforts with customer engagement
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment
