Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience in marketing initiatives for new product introduction
• Proficiency in developing product introduction plans and managing product branding strategies
• Knowledge of creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducting market research
• Experience in product lifecycle management and developing product management plans
