Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Strategy & Operations - Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer needs and business value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Digital or Technology Product Management
• Experience managing product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Agile certification preferred
• Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence
