Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to shape the future of their central servicing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to deployment and ongoing refinement
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to define and prioritize product features
• Serve as the Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in financial services or mortgage servicing
• Proven experience developing product requirements for technical teams
• Hands-on experience querying SQL databases
• Involvement in successful user migrations to new platforms
• Strong background in Scrum/agile frameworks
