Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to enhance its API and platform development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements across API endpoints, schemas, data models, and webhook capabilities
• Enhance developer experience by evolving documentation, integration guides, and onboarding materials
• Own the customer onboarding journey, focusing on reducing friction and improving setup clarity

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with APIs, data platforms, or SaaS infrastructure
• Experience in managing technical or API-driven products
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or fintech is a plus
• Ability to engage with developers, engineers, and freight operators effectively
• Strong execution orientation, capable of making decisions with limited information
