Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to oversee its employee-facing coaching platform, Section Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Section Coach, prioritizing features that enhance user engagement and enterprise LLMs
• Write PRDs, prototype features, and manage sprint planning while collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams
• Monitor user behavior, run experiments to improve engagement, and communicate product updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience as the sole PM for a product in startups or high-growth companies
• Proficiency in using AI tools and LLMs, with a demonstrated ability to redesign PM workflows
• Strong perspective on the skills and capabilities needed for effective use of enterprise AI platforms
• Comfortable with both strategic and tactical thinking, demonstrating a self-directed ownership mentality
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is preferred
