Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Product Experience (Product Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and market trends
• Own the roadmap and execution of organization-wide experience initiatives
• Manage the full lifecycle of workplace experience programs from concept to launch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
• Experience as a Product Manager with a focus on customer experience
• Strong understanding of product development practices and customer-centric design principles
