• Own and maintain the Core team product roadmap in alignment with strategic direction
• Translate product goals into clear initiatives with defined owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with Game Design, Analytics, and LiveOps to ensure well-defined and executed initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in midcore mobile game development
• Strong product sense with the ability to evaluate features from multiple perspectives
• Deep understanding of product analytics including retention, monetization, and engagement metrics
• Structured and pragmatic thinker with a focus on simplification
• Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes
