Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager I to join its product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs through research and analysis to develop solutions
• Maintain the product backlog and collaborate with design and engineering teams to execute features
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS/Web product management
• Proven ability to lead product management activities, including roadmap development and execution
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and priority management
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira or Trello
• Experience in the P&C insurance space is a plus
