Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to oversee B2B efforts for a fintech product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for StashWorks, focusing on scale and growth
• Collaborate with the General Manager during sales cycles, including customer interactions and demos
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements and ensure compliance with fintech regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B products related to employer benefits
• Experience in fintech, including knowledge of financial products and regulatory environments
• Proven track record of managing a product roadmap for a live product with active customers
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools integrated into daily workflows
• Experience supporting sales or go-to-market efforts with direct customer engagement
